A male will appear in court later after allegedly assaulting a man in Douglas.
On Saturday the 7th of August, a 32 year old man received serious head and facial injuries during an incident on Granville Street.
The male was detained in hospital for treatment.
Police are appealing for the publics help in relation to the moments leading up to the fight. Officers say there are allegations of an incident in JAKS just before and want to know if it's linked.
The 35 year old Douglas man charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm has been remanded in custody since his last court appearance on 9th August.
