Douglas Coastguard were called out to two incidents on Thursday - one on land and one at sea.
At around 2:30pm they assisted the Ambulance Service with a casualty just off the Brandywell Road, getting them to a helicopter for transfer to Noble's.
Later in the evening two people were cut off by the tide at Port Soderick, with both the Coastguard and Lifeboat called.
RNLI crews recovered the casualties back to their main boat, where they then returned to Douglas Harbour.
