As the Douglas East by-election trial draws to a close the jury yesterday heard the summing up of evidence in the case of one of the defendants - Kerry Rothwell.
Rothwell and Gail Corrin both deny conspiracy to affect legal purposes by improper means.
Deemester Turner is now reviewing the evidence in the trial of Mrs Corrin.
The pair were part of the campaign team canvassing on behalf of Kevin Woodford in the run up to the Douglas East by-election in 2010.
The manager of the team, Charles "Buster" Lewin, 57, of Crosby, has admitted conspiracy to affect legal purposes by improper means, conspiracy to steal and conspiracy to forge a document.
