The Department of Infrastructure fielded 125 weather related calls on Saturday.
Teams say there were instances of surface water flooding, particularly in the north, and they dealt with 28 trees that had come down on or near roads.
It adds that Manx Utilities attended any instances where overhead power cables were affected to make them safe.
The DOI says staff have been diverted from other winter maintenance work today to complete the clear up.
