'Dining by Chris Franklin' to close doors

A local restaurant has confirmed its closing its doors for the final time tomorrow.

'Dining by Chris Franklin' based on Peel Harbour made the announcement on social media.

It says 'trading has been extremely difficult, with both unsustainable costs of produce and rising utilities.'

The restaurant has also blamed quayside renovations which it says 'deterred attraction to the area of East Quay, Peel.'

Owner Chris has thanked everyone for their support, but says it isn't the end of the chapter as Chris Franklin Dining and Events outside Catering is to return 'very soon.'
