A Tynwald committee says the Department of Health and Social Care isn't doing enough to make women aware of abortion services on the Island.
The Social Affairs Policy Review Committee will bring a report to Tynwald this month looking at the 2019 law change that saw services significantly improved.
But the committee says there are no information posters or leaflets about the service and the department hasn't published its telephone number online.
It says there's a compelling need for better public information, adding there should be at least leaflets in GP's offices.
