Performing under the name Matt the Manx Crank he died following a problem with his safety net during a show in Kent on Easter Monday.
He will be cremated at the crematorium on Glencrutchery Road at 11.30am on Friday 13th May.
We spoke to close friend Sam Waugh who has planned a tribute night at the Havana club in Douglas tomorrow night.
There will be live music, a buffet and a slide show of pictures of Matt, with the night getting underway at 7.30pm.
He’s encouraging all who knew him and anyone else who wants to pay their respects to come along.
