Two Douglas buildings could be knocked down and replaced with apartments and shop space.
A planning application wants to demolish 6 and 8 Bridge Road, which overlook the Inner Harbour.
A structural survey says the buildings are dilapidated and unsafe, describing repairs as 'uneconomic.'
