Hospice Isle of Man and Rebecca House have paid tribute to former Douglas Mayor, Debbie Pitts.
Ms Pitts - who served as Mayor of the capital in 2017 - passed away following a period of ill health in 2019.
In a post on social media - Hospice says Debbie was very dear to everyone at the facility, as well as Rebecca House - where she worked for more than 12 years.
To honour the legacy left behind by Debbie, a room in the newly refurbished Rebecca House has been named 'Debbie’s Pittstop'.
The room will be used as a private space for discussions with families and carers.
The Hospice describes Debbie as a 'inspirational and incredible lady who is missed so dearly every single day.'
