An Onchan commissioner says he'll be stepping back from his local authority work during a court case.
Oliver Lockwood has been charged with harassment and a public order offence, and is due to appear in court again in October.
He says he'll now step away from active involvement in the commissioners while the case is heard.
And in a statement, he says he won't comment further on the matter and wants the legal proceedings to run their course without distracting from the local authority's work.
