Dealz to open on Strand Street tomorrow

It\'s been confirmed that from tomorrow the Wooloworth\'s site will be empty no more.

Work has been ongoing over the past month to renovate the premier retail space, with new discount retailer 'Dealz' set to open its doors to the public tomorrow.

Dealz is a relatively new brand only opening its first store in October, its on track to open six stores in Ireland by the end of the current financial year.

It offers customers over 3,000 products including well over 1,000 well-known top brands.

It will create 45 jobs on Island, including 10 temporary Christmas positions.
