Plans have been submitted to turn an empty unit on an industrial estate into a dance school.
Gena's Dance Academy has put in a planning application for a disused storage facility at the Snugborough trading estate in Union Mills.
Under the proposals only a fire escape would be added to the building, with small changes to the interior layout.
