A Douglas company which was one of the UK's largest care home providers will hold a meeting later this month to wind up its affairs.
Four Season Health Care (England) collapsed in April and went into liquidation.
A creditors meeting has been called in Leeds on Thursday, October 16.
It's due to hear a statement about the company's affairs, as well as appoint liquidators.
