India says it hasn't heard back from Manx authorities more than five years ago after writing for help investigating a possible money-laundering case.
The country's Enforcement Directorate says it wrote to the Isle of Man as it investigates bribery allegations over a huge mobile phone network contract.
However, investigators say the Isle of Man is one of the countries which didn't respond.
Last week those alleged to have been involved in the £23 million bribery case were all acquitted after a court heard prosecutors say they didn't have enough evidence to proceed.
