A 3 person select committee was formed in Tynwald last month to look into the reasons for delays and deficiencies with regard to Civil Legal Proceedings.
MHK's Brenda Cannell and John Houghton and MLC Tony Wild were selected for the committee, with Mr Houghton elected as its chair.
The public will be given the chance to submit their experiences of what they considered deliberate time wasting by advocates in order to boost their own fees.
Submissions should be sent to the Clerk of the Committee at Legislative Buildings by Friday 30th March.
It will be assumed respondents are content for their feedback to be published unless otherwise indicated.
The findings will be taken before Tynwald in October of this year.
