The Social Affairs Policy Review Committee will be looking into how endoscopy services moved from Ramsey to Douglas later.
It's after the Department of Health and Social Care moved hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of equipment from Ramsey Cottage Hospital to Noble's Hospital.
The Committee will take evidence in public in the Legislative Council Chamber in Douglas.
Representatives from the Ramsey and District Cottage Hospital Welfare Fund are due to appear before the committee this afternoon.
