Committee considers budget changes

Should Tynwald members get the chance to review the government's annual budget earlier - and make changes to it?

That's the question a select committee of Tynwald is asking, and it's now seeking your views.

The committee is considering changing the way budgets are considered after criticism of the current take-it-or-leave-it system.
