A Ramsey man who's been accused of rape has been committed to the Court of General Gaol Delivery.
31-year-old Phillip Baillie appeared at Douglas Courthouse earlier this week where committal proceedings took place.
It's alleged he raped a woman between February 3rd and February 5th this year.
There was no application for bail and he was remanded at the Isle of Man Prison until his next court appearance on a date to be confirmed.
