Former Peel commissioner Arran Kaighin has once again been remanded in custody following a court appearance this morning.
The 43 year old from Douglas Street in Peel appeared via a video link from Jurby Prison shortly after 10am.
He faces seven charges relating to making indecent photographs or pseudo photographs of children.
It’s alleged the offences were committed between January 2010 and August this year.
Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes set a committal date for October 12th which Mr Kaighin is expected to attend in person.
No application for bail was made.
