University College Isle of Man says it's been forced to suspend most of its classes this morning.
A burst water main nearby means the William Kennish building and Thie Ushtey exam centre on its Homefield Road campus are without water.
The college says all scheduled exams will be going ahead as planned, but most morning classes are suspended and lecturers will contact students.
In a social media post, the facility says a decision about tonight's evening classes will be made later today.
