A weather warning for coastal overtopping comes into force later this evening.
The yellow alert runs from 9pm until 1am tomorrow morning.
Forecasters predict minor overtopping of waves with slight debris in exposed areas.
Areas affected are Douglas, Laxey, Ramsey, Castletown and Port St Mary promenade.
