Steve Rodan MHK is pitching a question to the Chief Minister in Tynwald based on one constituent query about cannabis.
The Chief says this could have been dealt with in a more efficient manner if Mr Rodan would have spoken to him directly instead.
Comments were made by Allan Bell following a visit by Professor David Nutt – as both advocated a discussion about legalising the Class B drug.
