Is it time to update law governing House of Keys elections?
Eight-weeks of consultation has begun, giving people an opportunity to change the Representation of the People Bill, which governs the process.
Alterations to the Bill already include having campaigners declaring funding publicly, refusing anonymous donations and the registration of political parties.
