Work to upgrade drainage and sewage treatment on Peel Breakwater will get underway in August.
Island company Drainage & Groundwork Contractors says it's been appointed by the Department of Infrastructure to carry out the work.
It says although there'll be some parking restrictions, the kiosk and toilets will stay open throughout, and access will be maintained.
Work is due to begin on Monday, August 10.
