Groudle Glen Railway has received a boost of more than £16,000 as it celebrates its 125th anniversary.
The Island attraction has been granted the money from the Manx Lottery Trust's Community Awards Programme, which will support their rebuilding and improving of its main station at Lhen Coan.
The project includes work to the platform area, tracks, shop and ticket office, with the money being used to fund sleepers, base plates and clips.
Sarah Kelly, Chairman of Manx Lottery Trust, says the local attraction is popular with Islanders and visitors alike and it's great to see it go from strength to strength.
