Three volunteer groups on the Island had a special visitor this week.
Men In Sheds in Port Erin, the Dalby Community Hub and Groudle Glen Railway were all visited by Michael conlon of the Eden Project.
He's walking 258 miles over 18 days to raise money and awareness of those undertaking voluntary work.
He arrived on the Island from Morecambe and left to continue his trek in Northern Ireland today.
