Jonathon Irving has said he felt like 'public enemy number one' when he saw some of the headlines written about him. He told us that the police have had to get involved to protect him and his family.
The Office of Fair Trading claim they have made every effort to get hold of the Irvings to sort refunds..
MHK Bill Henderson said OFT officers had been trying to make contact by e-mails, telephone and formal letters; 'Festival organisers have been reluctant to release any information about refunds despite the OFT making every effort to contact them. We have had no personal contact with them at all.'
Mr Irving told 3FM that ticket holders will get their money back. (audio above)
Jonathon Irving also claims that rumours that no tent was booked are completely unfounded and tent was booked to be in Nobles Park this summer.
