It also estimates the Island’s average national income was £44,660 when last surveyed in 2011/2012 – a whole £23,000 more than our UK counterparts.
Police stats show a gradual decline in theft and burglary cases; however sexual offences show their highest rates in the last 10 years, with 66 separate incidents.
