Buying a house last year would have - on average - cost you nearly £400,000.
That's according to figures provided in a 76-page document 'Isle of Man in Numbers 2023.'
It shows for the 12 months to December 2022, the average house price on Island stood at £386,955.
Meanwhile, the average flat price was £187,002.
