A re-trial date is to be set for the Island's Attorney General.
An application has been put to the court for a hearing to establish when a re-trial can take place.
Stephen Harding's trial came to a conclusion on Friday when the jury were discharged after being unable to reach a unanimous vedict.
Mr Harding denies all charges of perjury and committing acts against public justice.
A re-trial date will be set in due course.
