A man accused of assaulting a child will appear in court again this week.
David Edward Kelly of Ballaterson Road in Peel is alleged to have committed the offence on April 22.
Appearing before magistrates last week, the 45 year old didn't enter a plea.
He was bailed to appear again on Tuesday, May 8.
