Peel is set to get another 92 homes after a planning appeal against the development was partly rejected.
Dandara Homes applied to build the houses on land next to the Castle View nursing home on Glenfaba Rise.
Nearby residents appealed after permission was granted for the new estate.
But today the appeal against the development has been dismissed.
