The Great North Air Ambulance Service says it was called to an incident in Laxey over the weekend.
Its critical care team responded to a crash on Sunday at 2.15pm and treated an injured person at the scene.
The patient was then taken to the hospital by the road ambulance service.
The air ambulance service says it was called out to 12 other incidents over the weekend.
