The detective chief inspector who worked on the Attorney General case has been recognised for his work.
Yesterday at the Chief Constable’s Annual Award Ceremony the R. K. Eason Trophy was given to Sid Caine for his work on the four year case.
Donated to the Isle of Man Constabulary in 1969, the trophy is awarded to one or more officers who contributed the most outstanding performance in all aspects of the police service.
In response to his high praise Sid says he couldn’t have achieved it without his team:
MHK to present immigration petition to Tynwald
Injured walker rescued from Snaefell
Town centre road shut for five days this week
Royal Assent for laws giving parents and carers more rights
New cafe opens in iconic former pub
Have your say on the Island's childcare
Service to be held for long-serving RNLI volunteer
Road in south to shut for cat's eyes installation
