The Island’s bracing itself for winds of up to 70mph tonight, accompanied by more snow and heavy rain.
Ronaldsway Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning in the face of severe gale force winds which could cause damage.
Heavy rain will also hit the island later this evening, falling as snow on hills.
Forecasters say the winds will be at their strongest after midnight and into the early hours of tomorrow.
