More than 150 children are waiting to be seen by the mental health service.
The figure was revealed by Health and Social Care Minister David Ashford in Tynwald this week.
Rushen MHK Juan Watterson asked how many young people are on the waiting list to see a mental health specialist.
Mr Ashford said 152 people are currently waiting, but urgent referrals will be assessed within 12 weeks.
