The UK government says it's spent £11 million so far in a legal case against aa PPE company allegedly linked to Island residents Michelle Mone and Doug Barrowman.
The couple, who live in St Marks, are said to be linked to a company called Medpro PPE which supplied more than £120 million worth of equipment to the UK during the Covid pandemic.
Both deny involvement and dispute the claims.
The UK government is now suing for the money to be returned, claiming the equipment wasn't up to standard.
In a submission to the UK's High Court, Tom Weisselberg KC - who's leading the government legal team - said the case had so far run up around £11 million in costs.
