A company's applied for permission to turn an office in Douglas into residential housing.
Tooms Ltd of Braddan says it wants to convert the property on Hope Street.
It says the former Montpelier Chambers would be turned into a three-bedroomed house under the proposals.
The site also has parking spaces for two vehicles.
