Your views needed on minimum wage rates

Does the Island's minimum wage need to go up? That's the question being asked by government as it consults on hourly rates.

Enterprise Minister Laurence Skelly has asked for recommendations from the minimum wage committee, which is now consulting with the public.

It wants to know if there should be changes to the current wages: £6.85 an hour for over-18s, £7.20 an hour for over-21s and £7.50 an hour for those over 25.

You have until May 2 to email your views to employment.dfe@gov.im
