Youngest keys candidate to challenge Ayre and Michael seat

The youngest candidate to declare in this year's General Election has announced his intention to represent Ayre and Michael.

27-year-old Carlos Phillips is urging people to use one of their votes on September 22nd for 'youth and real change'.

The civil servant works for government's external relations team in the Cabinet Office - he says whilst there are 'dark clouds on the horizon' he's confident with new vision there'll be a 'bright future for all'.
