Forecasters have issued a yellow weather warning for lunchtime today.
Ronaldsway Met Office says high tides and strong winds will combine to send waves washing over exposed roads.
Areas at risk include promenades in Douglas, Laxey, Ramsey and Castletown as well as Shore Road in Rushen and Derbyhaven.
The warning runs from 11am until 2pm.
