Special Constables on the Island could be getting new rules.
When Tynwald sits in October, the Department of Home Affairs will lay a set of new regulations before the court.
The rules would replace guidelines dating back to 2020, and update standards, performance and conduct.
And the regulations would also introduce new rules on personal records, including fingerprints and samples, and drug testing.
