Work to re-open a path down to a village's promenade is still underway.
That's according to Port St Mary Commissioners, who have been working with the Department of Infrastructure to repair the landslip behind the Town Hall.
It also needs to do work on the footpath down to Chapel Beach.
The local authority says Happy Valley's steps will stay shut until a plan of action has been decided on.
