Work to revamp the Groudle Glen waterwheel is expected to start next week.
Preliminary work will see the footpath next to it shut on Monday (July 1) and then again between August 5 and 8.
Onchan District Commissioners reached an agreement in May for the historic site to be demolished and rebuilt.
Officials added there will be a third party closure during those dates in August on Groudle Road next to the main entrance.
