Police are appealing for witnesses after a young woman was left feeling intimidated and in fear for her safety.
It follows an incident which happened on Tuesday near to the junction of Ballakermeen Drive and Peel Road in Douglas.
It involved a large amount of shouting - which police believe people in the surrounding area would have heard.
Officers are particularly interested to track down an old white hatchback style car.
Inside were four males, all of whom are believed to be in their late teens or early twenties.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the police as soon as possible.
