An MHK wants to know what's stopping migrants being repatriated on a UK scheme from coming to the Island instead.
Onchan MHK Julie Edge will ask Chief Minister Alf Cannan about it in the House of Keys this week.
She wants to find out what steps are being taken to prevent migrants using financial support from the Assisted Voluntary Return programme to travel here.
The House of Keys is due to sit from 10am on Tuesday, March 24 in Legislative Buildings in Douglas.
