Those classed as clinically vulnerable are being asked to shield during the next circuit-break lockdown coming in tomorrow.
Health and Social Care Minister, David Ashford MHK, says those in that category who've had to shield in the past should do so again for at least the next three weeks, even if they've received a dose of a Covid-19 vaccine.
Meanwhile, Mr Ashford also confirmed only essential visits - such as end of life care - will be allowed at Noble's Hospital.
