When the court sits later this month, Onchan MHK Julie Edge will ask for changes to rules over presiding officers such as the president of Tynwald and Speaker of the House of Keys.
She'll also ask for a pay restructuring for Tynwald members to reflect responsibilities including membership of government departments.
Tynwald is due to sit from 10am on Tuesday, July 21 in Legislative Buildings in Douglas.
