Unemployment Levels At Lowest Level For Almost Two Years

Unemployment on the Isle of Man is at the lowest level for almost two years.

Statistics show that the number of people jobless is 792, that the lowest level recorded since the end of 2008.

The unemployment figures have fallen for the fourth month in a row.

The Treasury Minister Ann Craine has said to maintain an unemployment rate of less than 2% in the face of ongoing global uncertainty is remarkable.
