Tynwald tributes paid to retiring Bishop

Tynwald would not function properly without the Legislative Council.

That was the parting message from the Isle of Man's Bishop at his last sitting of Tynwald on Tuesday:

Robert Paterson is retiring from his post which he's held since 2008.

He told the court people should judge Members not on the amount they say but what they say.
